Dick's Story
Dick Aderman joined the Fountains of Hope Board in October of 2021. He brings over 40 years of leadership/mentoring experience from his business background in corporate, venture, and private equity settings. He emerged as a global leader while working for American Hospital Supply, Dade International, and Roche Diagnostics as well as a handful of start-up, growth, and turnaround businesses. Along with serving on the Fountains of Hope board as its current president and chair of the Fundraising and Strategic Plan committees, Dick is chair of the board of directors for ImmunArray (Richmond, VA) and a member of the board of advisors for the Haworth College of Business at Western Michigan University (Kalamazoo). He is currently the Studio Director at Boomerang Ventures (Indianapolis) and a consultant for Hunt Big Sales (Fishers). Dick has an MBA in Marketing/Economics and a BS in Speech Communications/Psychology from Western Michigan University. He and his wife Jenny have been married for 35 years and have two grown daughters (Ellie Schoenthaler and Annie Aderman). They have lived in Carmel, IN for 25 years and attend Northview Church.
