Partner with Fountains of Hope

Fountains of Hope, in partnership with our supporters, is committed to serving God's people by providing safe and life-giving water to those most marginalized in the world, whether by poverty or disaster. Across the globe, our mission teams have installed over 260 reliable and sustainable water purification systems in 19 countries, forging meaningful relationships and experiencing blessings that can only be bestowed by the Holy Spirit.

Fountains of Hope invites you to partner with us through various planned giving options, including monthly or one-time donations and the gift of non-cash assets. By participating with God through Fountains of Hope, one can find the joy of serving God's people and store up treasures in heaven, as stated in Matthew 6:20—where neither moths nor thieves can corrupt or steal such invaluable acts of kindness and compassion.

Planned Giving

Why Be A Monthly Donor?

Joining with Fountains of Hope monthly provides a consistent and reliable source of funding to address ongoing needs and manage our operations efficiently. It enables us to plan and execute long-term projects with greater certainty.  Monthly contributions also allow for smaller, manageable amounts making it more accessible for you, the giver.

How Can I Direct My Gift?

You can direct your monthly or one-time gifts to where they are needed most, or you can choose sponsorship of a filter bucket for a family to use at home, a whole purifier system serving a school or church and the surrounding community, or a Haitian classroom where your monthly or one-time gift would provide wages for the teacher, food for the school children and educational supplies.

What Are Non-Cash Assets?

Non-cash assets are valuable items or property that can be donated to a non-profit organization instead of monetary funds. These assets can include:

  1. Stocks and Mutual Funds: Donating appreciated stocks and mutual funds can provide you with potential tax benefits while supporting our cause. Click here for more information specific to stock and mutual fund donations from the National Christian Foundation (NCF) ,

  2. Real Estate, Vehicles, or other tangible items of value: You can donate property, such as land, a house, or commercial buildings, to help further our mission—other items, such as farm commodities, artwork, or collectibles, can also be donated.

  3. Business Interests and Intellectual Property: Donating business assets, such as shares or intellectual property, can also significantly impact the work Fountains of Hope does worldwide.

Why Donate Non-Cash Assets?

Donating non-cash assets provides several advantages for both you and Fountains of Hope:

  1. Tax Benefits: Depending on your jurisdiction, you may be eligible for a tax deduction for the fair market value of the donated asset. Consult a tax professional to understand the specific tax benefits in your situation.

  2. Avoiding Capital Gains Tax: By donating appreciated assets like stocks or real estate, you can potentially eliminate or reduce the capital gains tax that would be owed if you were to sell them.

  3. Making a Larger Impact: Non-cash donations often have a higher value than the equivalent cash donation, allowing you to impact more people through Fountains of Hope.

  4. Clearing Space and Simplifying: Donating non-cash assets can help declutter your life by removing items you no longer need or want.

Please click here to donate non-cash gifts, such as personal property, stocks, or mutual funds. Follow the steps, complete the fillable form for transfer, and submit it to the National Christian Foundation per the instructions.
